What to do when you feel broken? – Advice From Lisa Nichols

Lisa Nichols is no doubt a transformational coach, her words move and lift people and this talk is no different.

Here are my key takeaways from Lisa’s talk, I also added my own insight

#1 Step into your truth

You are where you are, but that doesn’t mean you are destined to be there. You may have a way to go but you are a lot further then you used to be.

 

2# Create and celebrate your wins. Recognise your small wins. The sum of small wins add to your big wins.

 

3# Hire more than one coach. Just like no one is an expert in

 

4# Fail forward – Use your lessons as

 

5 #Take responsibility for your reaction

 

6# Go to your happy place

 

7# Write it down. Write down with a pen and paper what your beliefs are telling you. You are experiencing discomfort because your beliefs/values are in conflict. So here’s what you need to do:

1. Write down the belief that is blocking you from progressing in life in pencil

2. leave 4 lines

3.Write down your belief in pencil

4.When you have run out of beliefs  (lol, yeah right) or you have just had enough of writing or like me…your hands hurt, you can add to the list whenever something comes up

5. Take a red pen and the blank lines will be the lines of truth (truth you may not believe right now, but don’t worry you will)

6. Read the beliefs and truth

7. Then rub out the belief

8. Now read the truth again, do this again for all the beliefs and truth
