4 days a week gym challenge day 2

So I woke up later than usual today. I woke up at 6.20 am so only had 27 minutes in the gym, due to the school run obligations that start just after 7.

Is my 4 days a week gym challenge is already an epic fail?

Even though I am more hungry than ever and my body aches I have made a decision to stay true to my 4 days a week gym goal, for me! Tomorrow I will go back to the gym, no rest day for me…I have work to catch up on.

The exercise:

10 minute HIIT training on the stationary cycle
7 minutes HIIT training on the epileptic exercise machine
10 minutes at full incline on the treadmill (medium paced)

The food:

Cinnamon Swirl (yes I know I slipped up, note to self-skipping a main meal is silly)

2 Grilled chicken breasts with a fist of rice

Cod with mashed potatoes, parsnips and sweet potatoes

Peppermint tea

75ml of Evian water

I need to fall in love with exercise again so tomorrow I am going to smile while I workout (people may think I am crazy, but the sane boat left yonks ago if we’re being honest)
